Anupam Gupta

Anupam Gupta is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience, programmatic privacy, and technology transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Ketch since February 2022, Anupam is responsible for delivering solutions that protect data and build consumer trust. Prior to this, Anupam held leadership positions at Zeotap, Salesforce, and Krux Digital, where significant contributions were made in establishing customer success frameworks and scaling professional services. Experience at BT included leadership roles in driving technology transformation and managing multi-million-pound accounts. Anupam began a career in software engineering and holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B-Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
