Michael D'Amico

Michael D'Amico, CFA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial and pet food industries. Currently serving as COO of KetoNatural Pet Foods since 2017, Michael successfully launched and positioned a pioneering ultra-low carbohydrate dog food, disrupting the $27 billion US pet food market by developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies and managing a robust sales distribution network. Prior to this role, Michael co-founded and served as a Board Director at Lincoln Financial Group, where responsibilities included managing stable value investment products across territories totaling $20 billion in assets under management. Michael also held the position of Director of the Non-Qualified Benefits Unit at Empower, driving innovative strategies for business growth, and served as a Senior Investment Specialist at Janus Capital Group. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Affairs from Emory University and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Denver.
