Jenn Dixon

Jenn Dixon currently serves as the Client Operations Manager at Ketryx, beginning in March 2024, focusing on streamlining medical device software development. Prior to this role, Jenn held the position of Director of QA/RA at Omniscient Neurotechnology (o8t) from March 2021 to March 2024, overseeing ISO 13485 compliance and various regulatory submissions. As a Design Assurance Specialist at the same company, Jenn led efforts for CE and UKCA mark certification for Class IIa software devices. Earlier professional experiences include working as a Technical Project Manager at Cover, where agile methodologies were implemented, and as a Manufacturing Quality Engineering Intern at Synaptive Medical, supporting ISO 13485:2016 compliance. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Toronto, along with a High School diploma from The American International School of Muscat.
