Lottie Simonet

Lottie Simonet has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Lottie currently works as a Warehouse Operations and Logistics Manager at Kettle Cuisine since December 2019. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager of Operations/Catering Aviation Division at ABM Industries from November 2018 to October 2019. Lottie also held the position of Senior Operations Manager at ABM Industries from November 2016 to November 2018.

Before joining ABM Industries, Lottie worked at Simon Catering and Events from January 2012 to July 2016 as a Facilities Coordinator and Events Coordinator. During this time, they managed private or public participations for private parties and events planning, as well as group social activities for hospitality businesses.

Their earlier experience includes working at Bianchi SRL from September 2005 to August 2010 as a Category with Import and Export Logistics specialist, Gias Spa from September 2008 to July 2009 as a Purchasing, Export, International Marketing specialist, Sonfast Caribe Inc from May 1997 to May 2004 as a Senior Buyer, and Pueblo International from March 1993 to April 1997 as an Operations Manager.

Lottie Simonet completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from the Universidad de Puerto Rico in 1994.
