Emma Lamb

Emma Lamb is an experienced professional in product development and sales, currently serving as an NPD Technologist at Kettle Produce Ltd. since April 2023. Previously, Emma worked at Mara Seaweed Ltd. as a Sales and NPD Technologist from November 2021 to March 2023, and had a diverse freelance consultancy role with The Drum focused on media publishing and awards from May 2017 to March 2020. Emma's career also includes significant positions at STV Group plc, where responsibilities ranged from Business Development Manager to Account Manager, as well as roles within Wallis and International Ltd. as a Buyers Assistant. Emma holds a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Food Science from Queen Margaret University (2017-2021) and a 2:1 degree in Textiles and Fashion Design Management from Heriot-Watt University (2004-2008).
