Monique Oxender

Monique Oxender serves as the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., leading initiatives in ESG reporting, community relations, and sustainability for a company with over $11 billion in revenue. With previous roles including Sr. Director of Sustainability at Keurig Green Mountain and Director of Sustainability at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Monique has extensive experience in corporate sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and strategic philanthropy. Prior to their tenure in the beverage industry, Monique held significant positions at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities included managing a global supply chain sustainability program and developing training for human rights and working conditions. Monique's educational background includes an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise and an MS in Resource Ecology and Management from the University of Michigan, along with a dual BS in Biology and Spanish from Miami University.
