Douglas McCutchen, CCM, F.SAME has a solid work experience in the field of civil engineering and program management. Douglas started their career in 1992 with the U.S. Navy, specifically in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, where they served as a Civil Engineer Corps until 2001. After leaving the Navy, Douglas joined Keville Enterprises, Inc. in 2001 as a Program Manager. Douglas quickly progressed within the company, taking on the role of Director of Federal Programs from 2008 to 2020 before being promoted to Vice President, National Program Executive in March 2020. Through their various positions, Douglas has gained expertise in program management, federal programs, and national program execution.

Douglas McCutchen, CCM, F.SAME has a strong educational background in the fields of Facilities Management and Electrical Engineering. In 1998, they attended the University of Florida for a year and obtained a Master's degree in Facilities Management. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1990, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University.
