Mel Whitehead

Mel Whitehead has over 30 years of experience in the construction management and inspection industry. Currently serving as Area Manager at Keville Enterprises, Inc. since April 2001, Mel oversees all activities related to client relationship management for both vertical and horizontal projects, collaborating with utilities, government entities, and private engineering firms. Prior to this role, Mel was the Director of Electric Construction & Maintenance at JEA from March 1968 to March 1999. Mel holds an Associate of Science degree in Accounting and General Education from the University of North Florida - College of Business Administration.
