Richard Sarles

Richard Sarles has extensive experience in contract administration and project management within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Contract/Controls Administrator at Keville Enterprises, Inc. since May 2010, Richard previously held the role of Prime Contracts Manager at Shaw Group Inc., where duties included managing prime contract requirements to optimize revenue and cash flow. Prior to that, Richard worked as an Associate at PMA Consultants, overseeing the closeout of claims and changes for contracts totaling $5.3 billion. Early career roles included Project Management Control System Engineer and Assistant Engineer/Superintendent at Turner Construction, as well as Project Engineer for the US Army Corps of Engineers, managing significant construction projects and ensuring compliance with regulations. Richard holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
