Katie Luka

Katie Luka is currently a Senior Art Advisor at Kevin Barry Art Advisory. Prior to their current position, Katie worked as a Design Coordinator for Bozzuto Homes, an Assistant Property Manager for Bozzuto Management, and as a Wedding and Design Liaison for Alred Wedding Consultants.

Katie has always had a passion for art and design. Katie pursued this passion by studying interior design and architecture at the Maryland Institute College of Art. After graduating, Katie began their career in the wedding industry where they worked as a Wedding and Design Liaison. In this role, Katie was responsible for assisting clients in selecting the best wedding packages that fit their budget and design needs.

After a few years in the wedding industry, Katie transitioned to the real estate industry where they worked as an Assistant Property Manager and then as a Design Coordinator. In their role as a Design Coordinator, Katie was responsible for select and managing finish options for Bozzuto Homes programming, assist buyers in selecting finish options, designing and managing individual community programs, designing and producing model homes, working alongside architects and construction teams, and researching innovative design programs.

Katie’s experience in both the wedding industry and the real estate industry have led their to their current position as a Senior Art Advisor at Kevin Barry Art Advisory where they use their knowledge and expertise to advise clients on purchasing art that meets their budget and design needs.

Katie Luka has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Katie also has a Kitchen and Bath Design Certification from Century College.
