Jennifer Edwards has work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Jennifer started their career in 2002 at Key Benefit Administrators as a Manager of Internal Audit. Jennifer then joined American Health Data Institute in 2013 as a Senior Data Analyst, focusing on health plans. In 2015, Jennifer returned to Key Benefit Administrators and became the Relationship Vice President.

Jennifer Edwards obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 2005 and 2009.
