Stuart Schrenzel

Stuart Schrenzel grew up in Dumont NJ and received a bachelor’s degree in both Business and Hotel & Restaurant Management in 1985 from Purdue University . He began his Finance and Business career in 1986 with Shuttle-Tex incorporated, a textile manufacturing company. He developed this business into a multi-national company and was honored by NJ Business magazine as one of the top 20 executives for 1994. In 2000 Stuart left the textile industry to pursue a career in the real estate industry. Stuart was honored by the Realsource association of Realtors circle of excellence sales award 6 times. Following the housing crash of 2008, Stuart went back to his roots in finance and began working for David Lerner Associates in 2010 where he was elevated to the title of Vice President of Investments.
