Christine Sim is currently an Associate UX Researcher at Key Lime Interactive. Prior to this, they were a UX Analyst at DoWhatWorks.io from August 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they were a Senior Contract Development Analyst at MetLife from September 2019 to August 2021.
At MetLife, Christine was responsible for developing and issuing contracts for new Stable Value sales and amendments for in-force contracts. Christine also prepared and submitted regulatory filings in compliance with federal government laws in SERFF, and strategized and facilitated iterative review with regulators, clients, and internal parties as needed. In addition, Christine assisted directors in developing modernized workflows to track monthly performance data across contracts team, developed and presented monthly reports for vice president that examined overall task performance and status across various teams, coordinated communication with involved stakeholders and monitored progress over time, assisted marketing team using customer surveys and competitor research to develop new web interface for customers, and managed contract data in Excel/Google Sheets as main taskforce member of central repository to track metrics. Lastly, Christine collaborated and engaged in strategic discussions with sales team to develop clear business objectives.

Christine Sim has a Master of Arts in Sociology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from New York University. Christine also has a certification from LinkedIn in Building and Maintaining Your UX Design Portfolio.
