Rachel Schreuder

Rachel Schreuder has over two decades of experience in human resources and legal support, currently serving as the Director of HR & Legal Support for Food Processing & Handling EMEA at Key Technology since December 2003. In this role, Rachel is responsible for legal counsel and HR functions for a machine manufacturer. Previously, Rachel held the position of Business Manager at Parity Solutions, where responsibilities included deploying employees and implementing software solutions for transaction tracking. Rachel also worked as an Account Manager at Argon Consultancy, focused on employee deployment at various client sites. Rachel holds a Post HBO degree in Corporate Law from NCOI Opleidingen, along with additional training from Result Mediation and ICM opleidingen & trainingen.
