Dianelis Lopez has a diverse range of work experience. Dianelis worked as a Fulbright Scholar at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences - University of Sao Paulo in 2023. In 2016, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Key To Knowledge. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Research Intern at the Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT and Harvard. At Harvard University, they held various roles including OCS Peer Advising Fellow, Harvard Premedical Society's Prescription Editor, Inclusivity Chair for the Cuban American Undergraduate Student Association, President of Latinos in Health Careers, and Diversity Peer Educator. Dianelis also worked as a Gardener at the Harvard University Herbaria & Library from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they were a Research Intern at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Dianelis was a Medical Humanities Fellow at the Abigail Adams Institute in 2018 and participated in the Mentoring and Language Acquisition Program in Brazil through Harvard University - DRCLAS Brazil from 2018 to 2019.
Dianelis Lopez completed their education with a strong focus on scientific studies. Dianelis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Harvard University, graduating in 2022. Before attending Harvard, Dianelis pursued their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Chemistry at Miami Dade College from 2016 to 2018. Dianelis also obtained their High School Diploma from the School for Advanced Studies-Wolfson in 2018, majoring in Liberal Studies. During their high school years, Dianelis was also a Dual Enrollment Student at Florida International University.
In addition to their academic achievements, Dianelis holds the certification of National AP Scholar, which they obtained from The College Board in June 2017. This certification reflects their exceptional performance in Advanced Placement courses.
