Deni Ruiz

Deni Ruiz (nee Stantcheva), CPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Keyano College, where responsibilities include leading Employee Relations, Labour Relations, Payroll, Benefits, and Pension functions, as well as coaching and developing leadership and advocating for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Deni also instructs a course on HR Management Fundamentals at the college. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director of People and Culture at Suncor, HR Business Partner/Manager at Clean Harbors, and HR Generalist at Diversified Transportation Ltd. Educational credentials consist of a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University and a DEC in International Business from Dawson College.
