Cory Michael, CSPO, currently serves as VP and Group Product Manager for Communication Channels Strategy at KeyBank, overseeing a diverse portfolio including telephony, chat, and AI-driven solutions to maximize value for clients and employees. Cory has experience as an Agile Product Owner, leading a Scrum team to develop conversational AI bots that streamline employee transactions and provide real-time resources. Previously, Cory held senior management roles focused on regulatory complaints and learning and development, and served in the United States Air Force. Cory holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Empire State University and an Advanced Regents diploma from St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute.
