Desiree Crawford

Desiree Crawford is the Senior Vice President, Safety, People & Technology at Keyera. Ms. Crawford has more than 20 years of experience including leading and elevating people programs and service innovation, in addition to organizational transformations and leadership across multiple business units and corporate functions at a global level. Prior to joining Keyera in 2022, Ms. Crawford held the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Nutrien where her expertise and contributions were integral in successfully leading the Integration Management Office for two of Canada's hallmark fertilizer organizations through the largest merger of equals in Canadian history. Ms. Crawford is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace and has helped elevate and expand Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion strategies to promote inclusive, innovative, and high-performing workplaces.
