Jordan Rackie

Jordan Rackie is the chief executive officer at Keyfactor. In this role, Jordan is responsible for setting the company vision, driving both top and bottom line results, and managing Board relations.

Jordan is an expert in developing and leading modern go-to-market teams and strategy, having led multiple companies through large-scale growth, most recently at Tricentis, a globally recognized leader in software test automation and software quality assurance solutions. Jordan previously operated as the Chief Revenue Officer for QASymphony (merged with Tricentis), ranked by Inc. magazine as the 8th fastest growing software business in the U.S. in 2017. Jordan was also a sales leader and executive for Pardot (acquired by Salesforce). Keyfactor represents the third business Jordan has operated as a senior executive inside the Insight Partners portfolio, Keyfactor’s lead investor.
