Lauren Bogner

Lauren Bogner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, marketing, and human resources. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Keyhole Software since 2011, Lauren began as one of the first non-developer employees and has played a key role in the company’s growth to 100 team members by 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held various positions at Keyhole, including Director of Operations and Manager of Talent, Marketing, and Operations, contributing to day-to-day operations and marketing initiatives. In addition to a successful tenure at Keyhole, Lauren has provided marketing consulting services independently since 2015, focusing on website design, content marketing, and branding for small businesses. Lauren's earlier experience includes managing social media and sales for Massage Envy. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a focus on Strategic Communication from The University of Kansas.
