Arjan Deuss

Arjan Deuss has extensive work experience in various financial and managerial roles. Arjan currently holds the position of Director SSC Finance, HR & Facilities at Keylane since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Corporate Social Responsibility Program Manager at Keylane starting from November 2019. Arjan also served as the Head of Accounting & Finance BeNeLux at Keylane from April 2018 to January 2022.

Prior to Keylane, Arjan worked at Telindus Nederland a Proximus Company for a decade, where they held the role of Manager Accounting & Administration. During their tenure, they were responsible for establishing and managing a multidisciplinary financial department, including order administration, procurement, accounts payable, invoicing, credit control, and contract administration. Arjan also handled the preparation of financial statements, management information, and periodic reports for shareholders, as well as tax filings, audits, and internal/external audits.

Before Telindus Nederland, Arjan worked at Unirobe Meeùs Groep B.V. as an Assistant Groupscontroller from February 2004 to November 2007, with a period of acting as a Groupcontroller from September 2006 to July 2007.

Earlier in their career, Arjan served as the Head of the Finance department at Arma verhuur horeca BV from November 2002 to January 2004. Arjan also worked as an Administrator at Kardeel Interieurbouw B.V. from April 1999 to September 2002.

Arjan Deuss received their Propedeuse degree in HEAO Bedrijfseconomie from HAN University of Applied Sciences, spanning from 1994 to 1999. They have also obtained several certifications, including BHV from Kompas Veiligheidsgroep BV in 2022, Writing with Impact from Loo van Eck in 2018, EXIN Agile Scrum Master, EXIN Agile Scrum Productowner, and EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation from EXIN your ICT competence partner in 2017, LEAN IT Foundation from Quint Wellington Redwood in 2015, and PRINCE2® Foundation from EXIN in 2015.
