Scott Laking

Scott Laking has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Scott started their career in 1997 as the Director of Engineering, Quality, R&D, and Sourcing at Conference Cup Ltd. Scott then moved on to work at SPG as a Continuous Improvement and Quality Group Leader from 2003 to 2006. Following that, they joined RR Donnelley as a Plant Manager from 2006 to 2008. Scott then worked as a General Manager at Houghton Boston Printers from 2008 to 2009. Currently, they are the Plant Manager at POS Pilot Plant, a bioprocess pilot plant located in Saskatoon, since 2009. At POS Pilot Plant, they are responsible for the development of various bio processes from benchtop to full-scale production. Overall, Scott Laking has significant experience in plant management, continuous improvement, quality control, and engineering.
