Tom Marshall

Tom Marshall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and technology transfer. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at KeyLogic Systems since March 2010, Tom manages on-site support for the National Energy Technology Laboratory, overseeing technology portfolio analysis, policy alignment reports, and the development of technology readiness level policies. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Technology Transfer Manager at the National Technology Transfer Center from September 1999 to March 2010, where responsibility included developing and managing technology market assessment processes for NASA-developed technologies. Tom holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in English Language and Literature/Letters and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in the same field, both from the University of Washington.
