Matt Aiken

Matt Aiken is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, operations, and leadership. Currently serving as a Coach at Path for Growth since November 2023, Matt has also co-owned and led Keymaster Games since May 2018, focusing on team empowerment and organizational clarity. Previous roles include Vice President of Finance and Operations at Cigna, where responsibilities encompassed revenue analysis and cross-departmental management, and various positions at Cigna-HealthSpring, where expertise in audit processes and governance was developed. Early career experiences at Acts 29 Network, Deloitte, ManTech, and Rodefer Moss & Co. provided a strong foundation in operational management, consulting, and compliance. Matt holds a BSBA in Accounting, Logistics, and Information Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
