Nayeli Itza, MIR has over 13 years of work experience. In 2008, they started their career as an IT Teacher at Belmopan Comprehensive School. In 2015, they joined Prialto | Amplify People as a Productivity Assistant and later as a Team Captain, where they were responsible for being a mentor to fellow Productivity Assistants and setting the best example of staying relentlessly focused on and positive about work. In 2017, they were employed at Omega Family Global, where they held the roles of GC Support Manager & Salesforce Administrator and Medical Coordinator. In 2020, they joined KeyNode Solutions as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for leading teams to deliver projects that span across one or more business units. Nayeli also held the role of Director of Support Services at Astarte Group. Currently, they are the Claims Director at Justpoint.

Nayeli Itza, MIR has a diverse educational background. Nayeli is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration from Universidad San Pablo de Guatemala. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad de Galileo Guatemala between 2015 and 2017. Before that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Belize between 2012 and 2015.
