Maximilian Rex

Maximilian Rex currently serves as the Head of Simulation & Thermodynamics and Project Manager Engine at KEYOU since January 2021. Prior to this role, Maximilian worked at AVL as Projektleiter CAE and Berechnungsingenieur from September 2015 to December 2020, focusing on gas dynamics calculations in internal combustion engines. Earlier experience includes an internship and master's thesis at Volkswagen in the pre-development of gasoline engines from September 2014 to August 2015 and an internship in the CAE department at Porsche Engineering from September 2011 to March 2012. Maximilian holds a Master of Science degree in Fahrzeugtechnik and a Bachelor of Science in Maschinenbau, both from Technische Universität Braunschweig, completed in August 2015 and September 2012, respectively.
