Konrad Nowicki

Konrad Nowicki is an experienced Executive Search Partner at Key Search since January 2022, focusing on hiring VP and C-Level executives for leading startups and scale-ups in the digital sector. Previously, Konrad worked as an Associate Recruiter for Ericsson at Korn Ferry and completed a Talent Acquisition Internship at Brown Brothers Harriman. Konrad holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Jagiellonian University, as well as relevant degrees from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and Universidad de Málaga. As a member of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants, Konrad is committed to maintaining high standards in executive search and leadership consulting.
