Andrew Wehr

Andrew Wehr has extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on leadership roles. Andrew worked at Keystone Capital as the Chief Financial Officer and Principal from October 2014 to November 2022. Prior to that, Andrew was the International Accounting Manager at Groupon from July 2012 to October 2014. Andrew also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Midwest Mechanical from May 2010 to July 2012, where they achieved significant EBITDA growth by implementing cost-saving measures and overseeing financial operations. Before that, Andrew worked at EY as a Manager in Assurance from June 2005 to May 2010. At EY, they gained expertise in SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and transaction advisory services.
