Marissa Welner

Marissa Welner joined Keystone Capital Partners in 2020, responsible for the daily operation of the Company including coordination with Keystone’s outside legal counsel. In addition to her role at Keystone, Ms. Welner is the chief strategy officer of Mastiff Group, LLC, a private investment firm with offices in New York and Florida. Prior to joining Mastiff, she established Madison Consulting Services, LLC, through which she has participated in a number of alternative public offering transactions, PIPE financings, and various structured finance transactions in both the public and private sectors. Ms. Welner earned her bachelor’s degree from New York University and her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law.
