Thomas Blasi

Thomas Blasi, PLS, currently serves as Survey Manager at Keystone Custom Homes since July 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Survey Project Manager at Carroll Engineering Corporation from July 2022 to July 2023. From June 2021 to July 2022, Thomas was a Junior Construction Project Manager at Land Grant Surveyors. Thomas's experience also includes serving as Survey Crew Chief and Survey Assistant at Borton-Lawson between May 2016 and June 2021. Thomas began the career at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. as a Survey Intern in two separate internships with tenures from May to August in 2014 and 2015. Thomas completed a Bachelor of Science in Surveying Engineering at Pennsylvania State University - Wilkes Barre Campus from 2013 to 2017.
