Olayinka Akinranti is a dedicated Ph.D. candidate and researcher in Health and Human Services at The Graduate School at Penn State, with ongoing work as a Direct Support Professional at Keystone Human Services since June 2019. Previously, Olayinka served as an Associate Researcher at KDI School of Public Policy and Management, focusing on development policy from January 2016 to December 2017. Experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Ibadan involved teaching and mentoring, building on a foundation in Counseling Psychology. Olayinka's educational journey includes a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Penn State University, a Master's in Development Policy from KDI School, and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology and Human Development from the University of Ibadan. A high school diploma in Social Sciences was obtained from Orogun Grammar School in Ibadan, Nigeria.
