Sam Lee

Sam Lee currently serves as an Economic Consultant at Keystone Strategy since March 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Ofcom from August 2018 to February 2023, where roles included Senior Economic Advisor and Economic Advisor, contributing to the digital markets strategy and developing frameworks for the Online Safety Act. Earlier experience at Ofcom also involved a graduate economist position with diverse responsibilities including charge control modeling and financial economics. Sam Lee has also worked as a Data Analyst for Microsoft's Xbox Live Marketplace team and gained initial professional experience in business development and account assistance. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics, Competition, and Regulation from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Bath.
