Jeroen Bouwman has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the gaming, music, and digital industries. Jeroen currently serves as the Head of Labs at Keywords Studios. Before this, they worked as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at GetSocial, a subsidiary of Keywords Studios. Prior to that, Jeroen worked at Google as the Manager Content Partnerships for YouTube Music Benelux & Nordics. Jeroen also held positions at Spil Games, Universal Music Belgium, and Universal Music Group International, where they played pivotal roles in content acquisition, business development, and digital marketing.
Jeroen Bouwman has an extensive education history. Jeroen obtained a Gymnasium Diploma from Casimir Scholengemeenschap in 1997. In 2001, they received a BA degree in Commercial Economics (marketing) specifically for the Entertainment Industry from Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Jeroen furthered their education by completing the Young Executive Programme at De Baak in 2007. In 2014, they earned an Executive MBA degree from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Additionally, Jeroen has obtained several certifications, including AI for Personal Productivity, AI for Strategic Decision Making, and Generative AI Business Strategy, all from Section.
