James Dolan

James Dolan currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Kezar Trading, LLC, a role held since September 2015, while also holding the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Luminex Trading & Analytics LLC since the same date. Previously, James Dolan had an extensive tenure at Fidelity Investments from November 2007 to September 2015, progressing through roles such as Vice President of Compliance across various divisions and Director of Compliance for U.S. Equity and Electronic Trading. James Dolan began a career at NASD, serving as Deputy Director from 1987 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a JD in Law from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law (1992-1996) and a BA in Political Science from Penn State University (1982-1986).
