Sharon Seung

Sharon Seung is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Pizza Hut since February 2022 and as Interim Chief Legal Officer for KFC Canada since April 2023. Previously, Sharon held key legal positions at Loblaw Companies Limited as Senior Director Legal from June 2018 to January 2022, and at PC Bank Financial as Senior Director, Legal in 2020. Early career roles include Senior Associate at Dentons and Associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP, in addition to experience as a Competition Law Officer at Competition Bureau Canada. Sharon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Ottawa and a Diploma of Collegial Studies in Health Sciences from Marianopolis College.
