Lila F. currently serves as the Global Insights & Planning Manager at KFC, leading the annual Marketing Planning Process and overseeing the implementation of a global brand tracking system across 36 international markets. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Strategist and Cultural Strategist at Collider Lab, Yum! Brands' in-house agency, where Lila managed projects for various clients including KFC Global and Taco Bell US. Lila's academic background includes a Ph.D. in American Government and Politics from UC Santa Barbara and a Master's Degree in Political Science from UC Irvine, where Lila also worked as a Teaching Assistant and was recognized as a Peltason Fellow.
