Katheryn Houghton

Katheryn Houghton is an experienced journalist currently serving as the Montana Correspondent for Kaiser Health News since September 2020. Prior to this role, Houghton worked at Bozeman Daily Chronicle as a health and city government reporter from August 2017 to May 2020, and as a health reporter for Daily Inter Lake from February 2016 to August 2017. Houghton began their journalism career as a staff writer for Chinook Observer from September 2015 to February 2016 and held the position of breaking news editor at Montana Kaimin from 2012 to January 2015. Additionally, Houghton completed an internship at Boulder Montana Newspaper in the summer of 2013. Houghton is a graduate of the University of Montana.
