Kelly Soto

Kelly Soto currently serves as Talent Director at Kforce Inc, overseeing full cycle recruiting, conducting confidential interviews, and maintaining consultant relationships since May 2015. Known for achieving KPI excellence, Kelly earned a Bronze and Gold winner recognition for the PIP program in 2017 and 2018, respectively. Prior to Kforce, Kelly worked as an Executive Recruiter at Global Recruiters of Dallas Northwest, focusing on recruiting professionals across various sectors, and held the role of Regional Loss Control Manager at Enterprise Leasing Company of DFW, managing a substantial fleet and recruitment efforts. Kelly began a career in loss control at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Loss Control Specialist. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Texas State University.
