Charles Berckmann

Charles Berckmann's work experience includes a role as a Senior Finance Manager at bettervest GmbH from July 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Vice President at Moody's Investors Service from May 2007 to March 2021. Charles also served as a Summer Associate at SunEdison, where they were responsible for developing responses to public sector renewable energy requests, from June 2006 to September 2006. Additionally, Charles worked as a Summer Research Associate at UNDP from May 2005 to August 2005. Charles'searly career included a position as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co; Goldman, Sachs & Co. Bank from February 2000 to December 2004. Currently, Charles is employed at KfW IPEX-Bank since May 2023, where they hold the role of Agency Desk - Project, Corporate and Export Finance.

Charles Berckmann earned a Master of International Affairs degree in Energy Management & Policy from Columbia | SIPA from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in German and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1996 and 1999. During their studies at the University of Illinois, they also spent a year (1997-1998) studying German Language and Literature at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
