Dr. Olga Bloch

Dr. Olga Bloch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and procurement within international advisory services. Currently serving as a Procurement Manager at KfW since January 2023, Dr. Bloch has been a Senior Project Manager and Research Expert at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management since May 2009, where responsibilities include project acquisition and management for SME and Housing Finance, particularly in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. Dr. Bloch has also conducted market research and developed strategies for various international financial institutions, focusing on capacity building and institutional optimization. Previous roles include student trainee positions at Deutsche Börse AG and ABB AG, along with a trainee role at VHU. Dr. Bloch holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Bergische Universität Wuppertal and a Magistra Artium in Business Administration and International Relations from Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universität.
