Bhavin Vora

Bhavin Vora is an Executive Director in the Corporate and Commercial practice group in the Mumbai office. Bhavin advises clients on Merger and Acquisitions, group restructuring, REITs/ InvITs, cross-border transactions, structuring of outbound/inbound investments, etc.

He has extensively been involved in advising clients in analysing group restructuring exercises, merger and acquisitions etc from income tax and regulatory perspective. Bhavin has also advised many clients in analysing alternative structures for repatriation of profits, consolidation or hive-off of businesses etc from income tax and regulatory perspective (including assistance in implementation of merger/demerger schemes). He has advised and was part of couple of REITs which are listed in Indian stock exchanges.

Bhavin regular writes and contributes papers in his areas of interest and expertise such as REIT / InvITs, mergers and acquisitions.
