Vinod Kumar

Vinod Kumar, SPHRi, has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, development, management, compensation and benefits, performance management, labor compliance, and strategic business initiatives.

Vinod currently serves as the Vice President of International Talent & Site Leader at Khoros, where they oversee HR for the company's international operations in three regions and leads the Bangalore office. Vinod previously held the position of Senior Director of Talent - APAC & EMEA at Khoros, where they led the talent organization for the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to their time at Khoros, Vinod worked at Ellucian, where they held several HR roles, including Senior Manager and Manager of Human Resources. Vinod was responsible for people initiatives in India, managing all aspects of HR, as well as corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Before joining Ellucian, Vinod gained HR experience at SunGard Technology Services and Alp Consulting Ltd., where they held various roles in human resources, including technical recruitment.

Throughout their career, Vinod has demonstrated a strong focus on attracting top talent, scaling operations, and partnering with the business to support leadership and employee development. Vinod has also played a key role in building organizations from the ground up and establishing positive company culture and policies.

Vinod Kumar, SPHRi, obtained a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree with a focus on International Business from Bangalore University in 2004. In 2011, they furthered their education by completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications related to communication, training program design, the future of workplace learning, and human resources in the on-demand economy from LinkedIn.
