Tapan Shah

Tapan Shah is the current Principal Associate of the Pharmaceutical Life Sciences Practice Group at Khurana & Khurana. Tapan has worked in the legal field for over six years and has experience with various aspects of intellectual property law. Prior to their current position, Tapan Shah was an Assistant Manager of Operations for a leading IP outsourcing firm. Tapan has also worked as an Advocate and IP Attorney at Khurana & Khurana. Tapan Shah obtained their law degree from the National Law University in India and is currently based in New Delhi, India.

Tapan Shah has a Master of Science in Pharmacy from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research. Tapan has also completed an advance course on Patent Information Search from the World Intellectual Property Organization. Tapan Shah is also a Registered Patent Agent from the Indian Patent Office.
