Noor Luay

Noor Luay is a seasoned Senior Software Developer at QiCard, a position held since April 2016. Prior to this role, Noor served as a Senior Web Developer at Enjaz from April 2016 to October 2020 and worked as a Web Developer and Programmer at Scopesky Communications from September 2015 to April 2016. Noor holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Information Engineering from Al-Nahrain University, acquired between 2011 and 2015.
