Yongjin Kim

Yongjin Kim is a Customer Experience Lead in the Global Brand & CX Division at Kia Worldwide, with a focus on designing customer experience strategies aligned with brand objectives and defining key customer journeys. Since July 2017, Yongjin has held various roles, including Coordinator for the Head of Division, where advisory on culture transformation and data-driven processes was provided, and Governance & Deployment Lead, responsible for standardizing and optimizing global practices as Kia transitions into a data-driven business. Yongjin was also a founding member of the Media Innovation Team, developing media transformation strategies, and managed global launch campaigns for new vehicle models. Prior experience includes an internship at Kia for the Stinger's launch and a marketing internship at KOTRA. Yongjin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and previously attended Yonsei University.
