Joe Hogan

Joe Hogan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the software and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as an Amdocs Tech Fellow and Distinguished Engineer, Hogan oversees the Networks CTO role at Amdocs since August 2020. In addition to this position, Hogan holds the title of Chairman at Kianda, a no-code SaaS platform for Environmental, Health and Safety Systems, and at RentalMatics, which provides solutions for rental car fleets. As a Board Member of FoodCloud since 2018, Hogan has contributed to significant food redistribution efforts in Ireland, and has been involved with Technology Ireland since its inception in 2017. Hogan’s earlier experience includes founding Openet Telecom Group, where Joe developed critical systems for 5G networks, and working at Sun Microsystems and Retix/Vertel as a lead engineer. Hogan holds multiple executive education qualifications from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and IMD Business School, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Applications.
