Steven Wallis has extensive experience in service delivery management, having worked for companies such as Advanced, BT, Hewlett-Packard, and Compaq. Steven has managed teams of Service Delivery Managers and been fully accountable for enterprise infrastructure services for major accounts with significant annual contract revenue. Steven has also developed and implemented programs to accredit partners and improve service delivery standards. Steven holds a BCS EXIN Foundation Certificate in SIAM, ITIL Expert V3 certification, and a Diploma in Management from the University of Reading.
