Shane Reynolds

Shane Reynolds has a diverse work experience. Shane started their career as a bartender at The Mariner, where they served alcoholic beverages and food in a fast-paced environment. Shane then worked at Centra as a Sales Assistant & Supervisor, responsible for maintaining product quantity and ensuring a satisfactory customer experience. After that, they joined Tesco as a Customer Assistant & Team Leader, where they ensured the availability of quality products and services, followed correct procedures for customer satisfaction, and operated machinery for international delivery offloading. Currently, Shane is working at Kianda as a Software Development Trainer and Writer, where they are undergoing an apprenticeship.

Shane Reynolds completed their higher education at the National College of Ireland from 2021 to 2022, where they earned a Higher Diploma (Level 8) in Science in Computing, specializing in Software Development. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2020, they attended Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Creative Media Technology at Level 8.

Alongside their academic achievements, Shane has obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they received the certification of PCEP-30-01 as a Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer from the OpenEDG Python Institute. In January 2021, they completed a certification course in Introduction to IoT from Cisco. Additionally, in October 2020, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
