Samuel Harrity

Samuel Harrity has a diverse work experience in the capital markets industry. Samuel is currently working as the Head of Capital Markets at Kiavi since November 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Mynd from October 2021 to January 2024. Samuel has also served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets at CoreVest Finance from July 2014 to November 2021. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Bridge Lending at Auction.com from December 2010 to June 2014. Samuel started their career at Deutsche Bank as an Associate in the CMBS Large Loan Group from July 2007 to January 2009. Samuel also has experience as a Property Analyst at Barrington Capital Partners from February 2005 to August 2005, and as an Analyst at Resolve Technology, a Costar Company, from February 2004 to February 2005. Samuel began their career at BNY Mellon as a Senior Specialist from April 2002 to February 2004.

Samuel Harrity completed their Bachelor of Science in Economics from Boston University from 2000 to 2002, and later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Real Estate Finance from Columbia Business School, from 2005 to 2007.
