Tim Lawlor

Tim Lawlor has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Tim is currently working as the SVP Finance at Kiavi since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Advisor at RenAlt USA starting in April 2023. From April 2021 to May 2023, Tim served as the VP Capital Markets at LendingHome. Tim also held the position of Head of Capital Markets at CloudKitchens from April 2019 to April 2021. Before that, they worked as the Director, Capital Markets at Opendoor from August 2018 to April 2019. Tim also gained valuable experience at Uber, where they held multiple roles including Senior Manager, Capital Markets & Special Projects and Strategic Finance Associate from October 2014 to August 2018. Tim started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst and Credit Risk Advisory Analyst at Goldman Sachs from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Tim co-founded the College Investor in May 2006 and worked as an Intern at Eze Castle Software from September 2004 to March 2008. Prior to their professional career, Tim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from an undisclosed institution.
